Charlie & Mia [ portraits ]

Early starts are the best time for a full lifestyle photography session as the children are usually full of energy and excitement about what the day will bring.  Being in their own home, having breakfast and getting ready means they get relaxed and used to a photographer being around.  And it’s a chance for Mummy to get one more cup of coffee before the morning’s adventures.

It’s nice outside so time for a bit of trampoline action.
Back inside to take a look at teddies and toys.

Then for some more trampolining – this time on Mum and Dad’s bed! (don’t tell them I said it was OK)Charlie showed off some of his football skills.  The hallway was perfect for this of course.

Off to the park for more fun and exploring.The ‘hiding tree’!Charlie found some treasure.  Two penny coins hidden by a tree.

What’s that Mummy is bringing over?  Could it be…..…Ice Cream!Charlie had drawn me a picture before our trip to the park.  In the picture are Charlie, me, his climbing tree and of course the hiding place tree.  So sweet!

We all had a fantastic morning.  Charlie was particularly impressed that I could speak the language of ducks!  All part of the service.

Getting images like this takes time, patience and energy – from everyone!  We started at 7:30am and didn’t finish until after 11.  A full lifestyle photography session is a bespoke service.  It’s fun for the children and produces photographs that will be enjoyed for years and loved by all the family.
