Booking / Service fees
Payment of booking fee confirms the services of Cloudlight Photography on the date arranged. Upon payment of this fee the client agrees in full to these published Terms & Conditions.

Cancellations
If the services of Cloudlight Photography are cancelled due to any circumstances, the booking fee is non-refundable.

Image Quality
Photographic content is produced by Cloudlight Photography on professionally calibrated display and print equipment. Images are colour balanced, processed and checked to provide the best image quality and colour reproduction. Cloudlight Photography do not guarantee this accuracy on third party devices, including computer displays, televisions, projection devices or printers.

Creative amd Artistic Control
Cloudlight Photography shall be granted full creative license regarding locations, poses and styles used during the portrait session and post-shoot editing. Cloudlight Photography will be deemed correct for the number of photographs taken and style used subject to changes of weather and the availability and willingness of subjects. Cloudlight Photography cannot guarantee any specific picture or combination of background, location or subjects.

Viewing and Selection
Images will be available for viewing at studio or an agreed location within 15 days of portrait session, unless stated otherwise. Choices for any inclusive printing must be made at viewing session.

Editing / Retouching / Processing
Images will be edited, processed and retouched as deemed necessary by the photographer prior to publishing proofs. Any requests for subsequent amendments (eg, teeth whitening, cropping, colour conversion) will be considered individually by the photographer and the current rates (£30 per half hour, minimum 1 hour).

Copyright
The photographs, digital negatives and prints produced by Cloudlight Photography are protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents act of 1998 which assigns all copyright to the photographer. Photographs made under this contract may not be copied or reproduced in any manner without explicit written permission from Cloudlight Photography.

Model Release / Model Release Forms
The Client(s) grant(s) Cloudlight Photography unrestricted right to use and publish photographs of themselves and in which they may be included for website, editorial, trade, advertising or any other purpose thought proper by Cloudlight Photography. The client may be asked to sign a Model Release Form for themselves and any minors for which they are responsible.
